The campaign presents an opportunity for URI to develop its dynamic learning environment and renovate infrastructure.
We have ambitious plans for a learning environment steeped in innovation and characterized by collaboration, engagement, and student success. It involves expanding academic advising, career preparation, and other areas that develop students’ range of talents beyond the classroom. Goals include:
- Establishing a center for STEM learning
- Forging partnerships for experiential learning and internships
- Upgrading the Bay Campus, Ballentine Hall, Ranger Hall, the Soloviev Basketball Practice Facility, the Fine Arts Center, and the Memorial Union
- Providing safe, confidential health, wellness, and counseling services
